By submitting a request through Spring Valley Candle Co., you agree to the conditions listed below. We made these arrangements to ensure you are fully aware of our discount policies and return procedures because our products are consumable. These agreements apply to domestic US nations.

14 Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable. Furthermore, any returned item more than 14 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@springvalleycandleco.com or +1 (256)-324-7345. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How will customers get the return label?

For returns (including customer remorse): Please get in touch with us so we can send the label via email. You need to Download and Print the label. Please note the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

What condition product are you receiving in return?

We accept returns for unused products in original condition and packaging.

What is the restocking fee?

There’s no restocking fee.

How much will customers pay for return shipping?

For defective products, we will cover that for you. However, if returning for any other reason, including customer remorse, you need to pay the actual return delivery cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Recheck your bank account if you haven’t received a refund.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please use Contact Us at the top of the page and email us. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

Exchanges

We only exchange damages, wrong products, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please get in touch with us at info@springvalleycandleco.com or at +1 (256)-324-7345. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All estimated/typical delivery times are delivered from real-world data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Processing

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 3-5 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.

Shipping

Please note:

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Tracking Your Order

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Note for taxes:

Our customers from Alabama need to pay for importing fees, duties. However, some limited countries may need to pay duties according to your countries’ levying rules.

Delivery carriers:

We use regular couriers. and UPS Ground, USPS First, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground.

Change your address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. Please note we process and dispatch orders within 3 business day of your order being placed. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.

Unexpected Delays

The delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please get in touch with us if your package is taking TOO LONG (and outside of our advised 2-8 business day delivery time frame) to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!

Parcel damaged in transit:

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service with the next steps.
